 - The charger does not turn on at all

 - CH1 or CH2 no longer charge

 - CH1 or CH2 no longer discharges

 - The charge in balance is no longer done (the charger tries to balance but does not manage to discharge the cell and this without end)

 Failures are usually caused by a faulty transistor. But not only that

 1. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email indicating the address to send the charger(s). Do not forget to print your invoice and provide it in the package.

 2. Send us your chargers and tell us the tracking number once received the work begins

 3. Once the repair is complete, it will be returned to you and the order will be marked as completed.

 If for some reason it is not repairable (eg due to unrelated damage), you will be refunded minus shipping costs and the device will be returned to you.

 Note:

 We cannot and will not be responsible for any loss or damage in shipment to/from us. Since many items sent for repair are quite expensive, it is strongly recommended that you do not waive insurance costs.
